Been a customer 24 years..I don't know what's happening with the delivery service but the past three months have been horrible.

They can call three days in a row saying don't forget your services on such and such a date. Then the day of, after I have put my bottles out, they don't deliver. They leave a message saying it has been rerouted. They do not bring what is supposed to be brought.

I am this close to canceling. Three months in a row after 24 years of good service.
