Don't you think this would be taught during the training program so all customer's orders are correct in quantity and location. I guess they are happy getting deliveries partially correct.
If mistakes are made why pay extra for home delivery service when you can just pick the water up at the store.
How hard is it to get a water delivery correct? The training program must not be good.
