Just pathetic!!! What is happening with my deliveries?

Can anyone in your company really bothers about what is happening with the deliveries?? My delivery was scheduled for Nov 30th. In the evening around 5pm I got an SMS that it is delivered. But to my surprise there was no delivery done.

I called up the customer care and they told me that there is some issue with the delivery and that I would receive the delivery the next day, i.e. Dec 1st. On Dec 1st, I waited the whole day and delivery never showed up. On Dec 2nd, I called up the customer care again at around 8:30am and they told me that they could not deliver on Dec 1st as I was not at home.

Now this is a complete lie on your part as I was at home that whole day and night. And also I had my empty bottles outside the door. No body turned up - so how the *** on earth you will know if I was at home or not?? - Anyways, the customer care said that some service manager would call me within an hour and that I will get my delivery today itself.

Waited till 1pm and none called. So I again called back the customer care to inquire. And this time they told me that service manager tried to reach me and that they could not. And to make it more annoying, they told me that they charged me for the delivery that never happened.

This is just disgusting!!!! The lady said that she cancelled my charges and that I would get my delivery tomorrow. So after all the follow-up I am only receiving this one word "TOMORROW" and not the water that I actually need!! With kids at home, and no water to drink for last 3 days, it is causing a lot of pain for us.

And to make it worse, I already ended spending more that $25 on last 3 days just on water, which is more than I would pay if I would have received the water on time!! So what is this happening??? What is the problem?? You are not delivering the water - and on top of that you are charging me as well for that!!

This is just disgusting and not expected out of a company like you!!

I hope you have someone reasonable who is looking at this and care for the customers and that he would help me with this. Looking forward.

They said the same thing to me when no one came that it was delivered and a supervisor will call. The supervisor never did and I didn't get water they try not to allow u to cancel and they only sign u up by auto pay so they can hold your cc hostage it's a scammer service crappie customer relations
