Continual non-delivery of water

Have called several times this morning to report non-delivery for the past three weeks. On every single call the helpline is helpless giving the usual & unacceptable excuse that link is down, while all it takes is a call to the route delivery van to ensure prompt & timely service. Let me know whether you like to continue the service or must customers switch to another bottling company ??

Nothing they.dp resolves it because the water does not get delivered and the billing is wrong

Ready refresh never delivers on time in Dallas, Texas and changes the delivery many times and then cancels the delivery. Sometimes they even charge you for water you never received. I have called customer service many times to complain, but nothing changes. Management needs to hire someone responsible and capable to run distribution in Dallas, Texas.

STORE (RAJA SHAIKH SHOP) QASIMABAD HYDERABAD Our Nestle code is 601727. complaints of imran sheikh the salesman of the Nestle company 1.

he is doing the wrong billing 2. Giving damaged and old bottles and saying I am the company's owner, I will not give you bottles anymore we have a video clip of all this nonsense he did. 3. And just throwing bottles in front of the shop and saying wont put these bottles in the proper place.

Sometimes he receives more money due to wrong billing sometimes less. 4. Above all, he did not give the supply for 4 to 5 days and said he wouldnt give you the supply in that case officers did not take any action. I mean this how your salesmen behave?

This is how you run your esteemed organisation. And the AREA SALES MANAGER( RUSHNAH HUSSAIN MEMON ) is doing his favour, and the regional officers do not even bother to pick up the phone. REGIONAL SALES MANAGER MAJID MEMON does not bother to visit he said I think 6 months earlier I will come but he did not. On the other hand, your previous REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (RIZWAN SAHAB) visited us and took all possibilities into his hand.

Actually, he was a nice person.

And for the monthly FOC SCHEME, they are not doing any development and do not even fulfil our empty bottles requirements. In 2022 AREA SALES MANAGER (RUSHNA HUSSAIN MEMON ) gave 100 bottles and said in future I will fulfil your requirement but no response till now

The water bubbler stopped working and each time i try to call i get hung up o

For 2 weeks the water fountain has stopped working then after sitting a day or 2 will work for a couple days then stop again. I've called 6 times now and each time have been hung up on. I'm not happy with my service.

Never received my water for the 6 th time

Would give negative stars if I could ! I have discontinued service after 5 years because I found another water company that charges much less. I was paying 10.99 per 5 gallon water !! When I called in to cancel, their service rep asked if I would reconsider if I were only charged 6.99 per 5 gallon water. Well, I would have reconsidered if they hadn't been ripping me off for the last few years ! F'n thieves !!

Hi all, get out of any deal with Nestle Waters. They will send you duplicate billing and there is no one at the company to help. Lines are busy, emails are not answered. They are very quick to charge late payment (4 days), yet there are always excuses why they can't deliver the water on time. As a previous customer with the Company for 18 plus years, no longer could I do business with such a disorganized company who cares nothing about their customers. Managers don't involve so they expect you to get frustrated and just give up. Take all your complaints to the Better Business Bureau who already has hundreds of complaints, and they will act on your behalf. Nestle Waters' reputation is already on the negative list with this agency.

Horrible Service

We used this company for years but this year over a 6 month period, raised our rates twice. We canceled our account and signed on with Staples but they use this company as their water service. What a nightmare! Ready Refresh cannot get our deliveries straight. It’s supposed to be biweekly deliveries and they show up 4 days after they just delivered and when I explain we just had a delivery, they push out delivery an additional 2 weeks leaving us without water for a week! And refuse to fix it. Their customer service is atrocious! This has now happened on multiple occasions already because there is no communication and they don’t know that biweekly means ever other week, not twice a week! We are a company and dedicate ourselves to excellent customer service. Apparently this company does not do the same! Please do not use this company for your company’s water service or home service!
