Nestle Waters - Terrible Terrible Service

This is really unbelievable. For the past 4 months this company has failed to deliver when we really need it. They are more than happy to cancel your account. That’s not the way it should be. I would love to see them going out of business as they really are the worst I have ever experienced . “If you can’t provide the service let the customer know” What an embarrassment as a company!!!

Nestle Waters - Terrible Customer Service

My delivery never came for the month of May. I called Customer Service and ask to be compensated for not getting my water. They refused. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the respresentative refused to let me speak to one. I have been a customer since1998. I cancelled my services. Disgusting!!!
