I ordered a cooler (hot &cold), 3-5 gallon jugs and some cases of sparkling water. I was told my appoint was 8-10 on 10/31.
They don't have weekend or evening delivery so I had to miss a day's pay. Thanks Nestle. Any way, the idiot driver came at 7 am and when no one answered he split. Now I told the order taker I was in an apartment in the back and to call me.
Low and behold it get to be about 1120 am and no call so I call them. Guess what? they changed my appointment...WITHOUT TELLING ME! I got a call from a manager who couldn't get me serviced today so I cancelled in frustration.
I'm not losing another day's pay for these imbeciles.
I was told I'd have my money returned within a day. We'll see.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Losing a days pay.
